می رساند:اسکان آنان در ترم آینده صرفا در بلوک های 4،5،6 خواهد بود\r\n\r\nو دانشجویان ورودی 93 صرفا در ترم تابستان در بلوک 3 اسکان داده خواهند شد\r\n\r\nلذا دانشجویان می توانند فرم اسکان را به روش های زیر تهیه فرمایند&nbsp;\r\n\r\n1-مراجعه به سرپرستان محترم در سرپرستی های بلوک 4 یا 6\r\n\r\n2-اخذ فرم بارگذاری شده از روی سایت دانشگاه (pknt.cfu.ac.ir)\r\n\r\n3-مراجعه به کافی نت دانشگاه و اخذ فرم مربوطه\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nتاریخ تحویل و تکمیل فرم ها دوم تا دهم تیر ماه 97 \r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nتوجه\r\n\r\nدر صورت وجود هر گونه نقص در فرم اسکان(عدم نصب عکس در فرم اسکان ،عدم ثبت مشخصات دقیق و ...)از پذیرش آن ممانعت بعمل می آید و مسئولیت آن بر عهده دانشجو و مسئول اتاق خواهد بود در صورت عدم تحویل فرم مربوطه از سوی دانشجو به سرپرست دانشگاه هیچ گونه مسئولیتی در قبال آنان نداشته و در اتاق هایی که خالی باشند ایشان را اسکان خواهند داد\r\n\r\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
